Kim Jong Il was the dictator of North Korea from 1994-2011. On Mad TV he was portrayed by Bobby Lee. Kim Jong Il hosted his own tv show where he interviewed American celebrities and executed people for entertainment. He also appeared on a dating show with Saddam Hussein and came to the New York Thanksgiving Parade with Al Roker and Jennifer Love Hewitt.
